About this form
Does this give me a price on screen?
No, and that is deliberate. We price every job in person, after we have looked at the surfaces, because the number is decided by things a form cannot see: how much of the old coating has to come off, what the wood underneath is doing, and how many coats the color change really needs. What this form does is tell us exactly what to bring, so the visit is short and the written estimate is right the first time.
Then why answer the questions at all?
Because a painter who arrives already knowing you have nine-foot ceilings, three rooms, a dark-to-light color change and a house built in 1948 gives you a better estimate in less of your time. It also means we can tell you before we drive out if what you actually need is a different trade.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Free, written, and itemized by surface and by prep, with the number of coats stated and the product named. No fee to come look, no deposit to receive the number, and nothing to sign to get it.
How fast will I hear back?
